Although there are many things we are passionate about, one thing that characterizes all of us is the desire to make sure that each job is done to the highest possible standard. While we are very meticulous in our work and aim to minimize the tax you pay, we always do this with a high degree of integrity to ensure you stay on good terms with the tax office! Andrew Kowald
Owner/Founder
Andrew graduated from the University of Adelaide back in 1992, travelled for a year and then worked with a small accounting firm for seven years before establishing his own business in 2000.
In addition to his accounting work, Andrew also loves to be outdoors, whether this is hiking on the Bibbulmun Track or out on one of his trail running adventures. He is also committed to his mission work in Uganda which has taken him to Africa five times in the past ten years.
Although he has always enjoyed maths and numbers, his main interest is to journey with people and help them to thrive in all areas of their lives. This is reflected in the way he engages with his clients and their businesses.
Vicki Zadow
Accountant
If Vicki is the one doing your job you can be guaranteed that nothing will be missed. She has an eye for detail and with nearly twenty years of experience working with small businesses and individuals she is an invaluable member of the Integrity Accounting team.
Vicki is devoted to her husband and two daughters and values time with her family more than just about anything else. She loves being in nature and her Jayco caravan is one of her most loved possessions. Recently she has also started hiking more often and one of her goals is to complete the whole Bibbulmun Track in sections with her husband over the next couple years.
She also enjoys playing the piano, singing harmonies and having meaningful conversations with everyone she meets.
Susan Rubiano
Accountant
Susan joined the Integrity Accounting team in 2018 and has brought a fresh vibrancy and outlook to the practice. She worked in Colombia in a variety of accounting positions while doing her Bachelor of Public Accounting and she then moved to Australia in 2015 to begin her new life in Perth. Susan is currently undertaking her CPA studies so her accounting qualifications are recognized here in Australia.
Susan enjoys exploring the IT side of accounting and will help to answer all your MYOB or Xero questions.
In addition to being one of the most hard working and reliable accountants you will ever meet, Susan also loves to run and workout in the gym, especially in her crossfit classes. She has an adventurous and energetic spirit, and when it comes to dancing and music she can’t hide her Latin side.
Michelle Cope
Office Administrator
With a background in banking & bookkeeping, Michelle is always meticulous in her work and makes sure that everything in the office runs smoothly. If you are ever late in paying your invoice, she is the one who will come knocking at your door! She is also responsible for ensuring that all our corporate registers and client records are up to date.
Michelle enjoys listening to country music and is surprising everyone with her newfound love for hiking and the outdoors. Sweet and outgoing she is always bringing her fun and positive attitude into the office.
